A transformative renovation focused on both architectural impact and livability. Scope included opening the stairway to the upper-level guest bedrooms, as well as a complete reconfiguration of the primary suite with added windows and a reoriented bathroom layout. Thoughtfully developed in collaboration with a highly hands-on client, the project reflects a layered and personalized approach to design, balancing function, craftsmanship, and character.
